About Me
I am an Assistant Professor of Operations and Business Analytics at New York University Shanghai. I received my Ph.D. in Decision Sciences from Fuqua School of Business, Duke University. Prior to joining NYU Shanghai, I was a Postdoctoral Researcher in the Operations Management area at Booth School of Business, University of Chicago.
Research Interests
Broadly, I am interested in designing and analyzing mechanisms and algorithms to improve the operations of marketplaces and general service systems.
